医学毕业生心理健康状况研究

Study on social anxiety and its related factors in medical students

目的了解医学生在毕业前心理健康水平及相关因素的影响。方法按不同专业整群抽样,自编医学生毕业前一般情况调查问卷、SCL-90症状自评量表,对310名医学本科生进行了问卷调查。结果应届毕业生的SCL-90总分、各因子均分都低于国内常模,且躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和敌对因子有显著性差异。不同性别及不同专业之间未发现有显著性差异。结论医学生的心理健康问题应引起足够重视,同时,学校毕业生管理部门应制定相应的咨询与毕业前教育方案,提高心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the psychosomatic health level and its related factors in medical college students before graduation. Methods A total of 310 medical college students were Investigated by using the Symptom Checklisk-90 （SCL-90） and a self-made questionnaire of the students＇ general condition. Results The total scores of SCL-90 and individual factor scores of the investigated targets were lower than those of national norm, and there were statistical differences on the average scores of being sensitive on personal relationship, depression, obsess, anxiety, hostility, and psychosis factors respectively, but no significant differences in different sex and grade students. Conclusions More attention should he paid to the psychological health of the students. Meanwhile, the graduate management in schools should formulate the corresponding consultation and educational plan before graduate to improve the psychological health.
