在IGBT的使用过程中,驱动电路选择的合理性和设计是否正确是影响其推广使用的问题之一。IGBT的通态电压、开关时间、开关损耗、承受短路能力以及dv/dt等参数均与门极驱动条件密切相关。因此,设计合理、性能优越的驱动电路是高频电源模块运行可靠的保证。本文介绍了驱动器M57962AL的特点以及选用该驱动器实现的IGBT驱动电路。
One of the factors that will affect the wide use of IGBT is whether the choice of the drive circuit is rational and whether its design is right. On-state voltage, on-off timing, switch loss, ability to endure short circuit and dv/ dt parameters of IGBT are all closely related to the gate drive condition. Therefore, designing a rational and good-quality drive circuit will guarantee the function of high-frequency power module. This article explains the features of drive M57962AL and presents the IGBT drive circuit using this drive.
