摘要
在高职院校推行岗位设置管理制度,是推进高职院校人事管理制度的重大改革,也是当前高职院校面临的一项重大、紧迫而又复杂的任务。通过探讨高职院校实施岗位设置管理工作的重要意义,基本原则,岗位设置工作中的重点、难点问题,提出高职院校实施岗位设置管理工作的思路与对策。
Carrying out the post setting management system is an important reform to advance the personnel management system at higher vocational colleges, and is also a significant, urgent and complex duty facing higher vocational colleges. The article discusses the following aspects: the significant meaning and basic principle of implementing post setting management, the key point and difficult problems of post setting work, and the mentality and countermeasure of supervisory work.
