摘要
通过用亚硝酸钠处理家兔红细胞,研究钼酸钠对高铁血红蛋白还原的影响及机制。结果显示钼可加速亚硝酸钠中毒高铁血红蛋白的还原,其主要在于钼能诱导红细胞维生素C的合成并促进其氧化,同时与钼能提高亚硝酸钠中毒红细胞抗氧化能力。
Effect and its mechanism of molybdenum on reductive rate of methemogolobin induced by sodium nitrite (NaNO_2) poisoning in rabbit erythrocytes were studied in vitro.It was found that molybdenum (0.1mmol/L as Na2MoO4) accelerated the reduction of methemoglobin induced by NaNO2.Further experiment showed that molybdenum promoted the synthesis and oxidation of vitamin C and kept the activity of NADHcytochrom b5 methemoglobin reductase by increasing the ability of antioxidation in rabbit erythrocytes.
