报告病因研究方法论概要，从六个方面进行论述：背景、方法论基础、疾病的生物标志、病因链、技术方法、验证。作者对每个部分分别做了详细说明。病因研究涉及多个学科。
In this paper,the outline of methodology in causal study was discussed in six aspects as follows:background,basis of methodology,biomarker of disease,causal chain,techniques and verification for findings.The author discussed all the six problems in detail.The causal study was closely related to many disciplines in general,but of them,the main was epidemiology.
