It is important to promote the exchange of information and transaction of plant variety right.It can make the seed market prosperous and speed up the application of new varieties.In this paper,an in-depth and detailed analysis is done for the variety of plants on-line auction bidding,the selection of bidding plant variety is explored,the problems of the online auction are put forward,and the corresponding countermeasures are suggested.
