膀胱癌中Survivin的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨Survivin基因在膀胱癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用Western-blot方法检测50例膀胱癌组织和22例正常膀胱黏膜中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果:Survivin蛋白在50例膀胱癌中阳性表达率为(81.0%),在22例正常膀胱黏膜中均无表达。在浸润性膀胱癌中(96.3%)较浅表性膀胱癌中(65.2%)显著升高(P<0.01);在复发性膀胱癌中(93.3%)较初发膀胱癌中(65.0%)显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin基因在膀胱癌组织中的表达量远远高于正常膀胱组织,其表达量还可用来预测膀胱癌的复发和浸润。 Objective:To investigate the expression of survivin protein in bladder cancer and it's clinical implica- tions. Methods :Expression of survivin protein was detected by western blot in 50 bladder cancer tissues and in 22 normal mucosa of bladder. Results :The total rate of survivin protein expression in 50 bladder cancer tissues was (81.0%). Sur- vivin protein was not detected in 22 normal mucosa of bladder. The expression rate of survivin protein in infiltrated tu- mor (96.3% ) was significantly higher than that in superficial bladder cancers (65.2 %)(P〈0.01), and the expression rate of survivin protein in relapsed tumors (93.3 %)was much higher than that in initial bladder cancers (65.0%)(P〈 0.05). Conclutions :The expression of survivin protein in bladder cancer tissues is mostly higher than it in normal mu- cosa of bladder,and the expression of survivin protein can serve as an indicator to predict recurrence and infiltration in bladder cancer.
