代谢记忆效应--连接代谢水平与糖尿病血管并发症的桥梁 被引量:26

摘要 大规模的临床试验证实,无论1型还是2型糖尿病患者,早期的代谢控制可大大减少糖尿病及其微血管并发症的发生发展。许多前瞻性研究证实,动脉粥样硬化风险因子和炎症介质可促进糖尿病及血管并发症的发生,这些现象表明血糖控制存在着“代谢记忆效应”,即机体根据最初的治疗水平产生了记忆,并做出相应的、持久的反应。一些大型临床研究显示,
