农村初保健康教育试点5年终期评估报告

The five-year terminal assessment of health education in rural area of primary health care

1991～1995年我们在余杭市厨房斗村进行了全民健康教育试点工作,结果表明,家庭卫生有了很大改观,厨房已全部同厕所、猪圈隔开,自来水得到普及,一人一巾达99.61%,一人一刷达100%,0～3岁婴幼儿母亲卫生保健知识水平进一步提高,7～14岁少年儿童卫生知识水平明显高于单从学校卫生课汲取卫生知识的对照村少年儿童,15岁以上年龄组卫生知识水平有了很大提高外,个人卫生行为改变显著,男性吸烟率显著下降。对照村日常的卫生宣教措施对农民的知、信、行也有一定的促进作用,但效果明显不如试点村。
