摘要
为了提高和加强护理管理水平,对天津市481名护理人员的职业环境,从工作强度、工作疲劳率、工作状态、工作环境和工作中的心理压力五个方面进行了调查研究,得到了一些对改进护理管理有意义的参考数据,并提出了相应的护理管理的对策。
An investigation of occupational environment of 481 nursing professionals in Tianjin City analysed the intensity, fatigue degree, condition, and environment of their work; obtained a number of reference data, which are considered to be of importance for improving the management of nursing practices; and made suggestions on the construction of nursing services.
