摘要
1病例分析
患者女，32岁。因右膝肿痛伴发热半月于2008年4月22日入院。半月前患者无明显诱因感右膝关节疼痛，不久肿胀、发热（最高达40．8℃）、全身肌肉酸痛、咽痛，无咳嗽、咯血及呼吸困难。在发热时有红色皮疹出现，热退时疹退，于当地医院行抗感染治疗三天无好转，故来我院就诊，门诊以“右膝化脓性关节炎”收入骨科。
