卤米松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病疗效观察

目的观察0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病疗效和安全性。方法对500例患者分为湿疹组、神经性皮炎组、白癜风组、银屑病组、扁平苔藓组各100例患者外涂0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗。观察皮损的变化和治疗反应。结果湿疹组有效率87%、神经性皮炎组有效率97%、白癜风组有效率79%、银屑病组有效率78%、扁平苔藓组有效率84%。结论0.05%卤米松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病疗效可靠和安全性强,不良反应轻。
