70例早期乳腺癌的彩色多普勒超声诊断

目的采用彩色多普勒超声探讨其在乳腺癌诊断中的价值,为乳腺癌早期诊断提供有用信息。方法收集乳腺良性及恶性肿块患者70例,在彩色多普勒(CDFI)血流显像模式下分别观察肿块内部及周围彩色血流情况,寻找血流最丰富切面,计算血管数目,进行CDFI血流分级。结果乳腺癌组及乳腺良性肿块组胸廓内动脉血流动力学参数两侧比较差异无统计学意义。乳腺癌内侧组胸廓内动脉S/D,RI,PI两侧比较无统计学意义P>0.05。结论应用彩色多普勒超声测定胸外侧动脉血流动力学参数可作为诊断乳腺癌的诊断指标之一,为临床提供更多对乳腺癌早期诊断有价值的信息。

purpose provide more valuable information in early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Collection of benign and malignant breast tumor patients with 70 cases, in the color Doppler （CDFI） flow imaging mode were observed in and around mass color flow situation, to find the most abundant flow section to calculate the number of blood vessels to carry out CDFI flow classification. Results The lateral thoracic artery could be visualized in thirty healthy women. There was no statistically significant difference between two sides. Conclusions color Doppler ultrasound of the LTA of the affected breast compared to the LTA of the healthy breast does provide helpful information in diagnostic work up of our patient.
