苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病合并微循环障碍60例疗效观察

目的探讨苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病合并微循环障碍的临床效果和安全性。方法将120例在我院住院治疗的糖尿病合并微循环障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予苦碟子注射液治疗,对照组给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗后管袢形态积分值、血液流态积分值、袢周状况积分值均较治疗前改善,观察组治疗后管袢形态积分值、血液流态积分值、袢周状况积分值指标均优于对照组,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后低切、高切、血沉、血沉方程等指标均较治疗前好转,观察组治疗后低切、高切、血沉、血沉方程指标均优于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病合并微循环障碍疗效确切,且无严重不良反应。

Objective To invesgate the curative effects of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling injection in treating diabetes mellitus combined with microcirculation disturbance. Methods 120 diabetes mellitus cases combined with microcirculation disturbance in our hospital were divided into the observe group and control group, the patients in observe group received the treatment of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling injection and the patients in control group received the treatment of compound recipe danshen zhusheye, and the therapeutic efficacy was observed. Results The scores of angifillet morphous, blood flow regime and state around fillet after treatment were better than those before treatment in two group, the scores of angifillet morphous, blood flow regime and state around fillet after treatment in observe group after treatment were superior to those of control group, and there were significent differences between two group（P〈0.05）. The hyp-cutting, homo-cutting, blood sedimentation and equation of blood sedimentation after treatment were better than those before treatment in two group, the hyp-cutting, homo-cutting, blood sedimentation and equation of blood sedimentation after treatment in observe group after treatment were superior to those of control group, and there were significent differences between two group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling injection is effective and safe in treating diabetes mellitus combined with microcirculation disturbance.
