合并感染与否的2型糖尿病患者CSII应用的胰岛素剂量比较

Comparison of CSII-nsed insulin dosage between type 2 diabetics with and without infection

对伴与不伴感染的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者行连续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)治疗,发现感染组平均胰岛素用量(0.67±0.24U·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)),较非感染组(0.60±0.18U·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))高(P<0.05);主要为基础率高,餐前量在两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);影响血糖达标和胰岛素用量的主要因素是感染、血糖水平和体质指数。

The study of type 2 diabetics with（I, n= 157） and without（Non-I, n= 160） infection by using CSII method showed that the glucose-targeted insulin dosage was higher （P〈0.05） in I versus Non-I group（0.67＋0.24 vs 0. 604-0. 18U · kg^-1· d^-1） with higher basal insulin rate in I group （P〈0. 05） and no signifeant differences in pre-meal insulin boluses （P〈0. 05）. The main factors contributed to the dosage were infection,BMI and pre-CSII glucose levels.
