停车换乘(Park&Ride,P&R)是通过引导小汽车的合理使用,缓解城市中心区的交通压力。P&R规划分别从系统及设施两个层次来展开,P&R系统规划从系统的角度确定P&R的规划布局方案,P&R设施规划则是从微观的角度确定具体的P&R点位。以北京市P&R系统的规划布局为例,对P&R规划进行初步探索。
Park and ride can alleviate the traffic pressure of the city central area by guiding rational use of cars. The planning of park and ride should he developed from two levels of system and facility. The layout of the program planning is mainly determined by park and ride system planning from system level, but the specific park and ride site is identified by park and ride facility planning from the micro perspective. It takes Beijing park and ride planning as an example to illustrate the basic framework of park and ride Planning.
