苏通大桥超薄防裂抗渗桥面调平层混凝土的配制与施工

Preparation and Construction of Ultra-thin Crack/Seepage Resistance Concrete of Bridge Deck Leveling Course in Sutong Bridge

摘要 通过采用高性能聚丙烯纤维混凝土,采取优选混凝土原材料和优化混凝土配合比的技术措施,并结合试验段对施工工艺的不断改进和完善,成功地解决了苏通大桥北引桥工程桥面超薄调平层混凝土存在的易开裂、抗渗性差的技术难题。现场检测表明,混凝土未出现裂纹,且抗渗性良好,达到了预期的效果,取得了良好的技术经济效益,为国内类似工程提供了技术借鉴。 The universal technical problem, easy to crack and bad permeability resistance, of ultrathin leveling course concrete of deck of North Access of Sutong Bridge is successfully solved by using high- performance polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete. In the project, some technical measures are adopted, such as optimization of concrete raw materials and mix ratio. And the construction technology is improved and perfected in the construction of test section and project gradually. It proves by on-site test that cracks didn't appear in concrete which had good permeability resistance and crack control requirements are achieved, the good technical and economic benefits are made. Moreover, technical draw is also provided for similar domestic projects.
