摘要
针对道路建设项目环境状况评价中存在主观影响因素过多、权重确定复杂等问题,通过引入模糊综合评价法和改进的层次分析法(IAHP),建立了道路环境影响综合评价模型,论述了该模型的应用过程及其有效性。最后以213国道郎木寺至川主寺改建工程项目为例,对实际道路进行了环境评价。评价结果表明,该模型可以客观地确定各评价指标的权重,反映了各指标对总体评价结果的影响,评价结果与道路实际环境状况相吻合。
For the excess of subjective factors and the difficulty of index weight decision in current evaluation model for the condition of road environment, the fuzzy synthetic assessment process and improved Analytical Hierarchy Process are introduced and a weight-determining synthetic assessment model of environmental impact for road is set up. Besides, the application process and effectiveness of such model is also discussed. An example about Langmusi to Chuanzhusi Section of the National Road 213 is shown in the synthetic evaluation. The evaluation results show that this model can determine the index weights ob- jectively, reflect the influences of all the indices. The evaluation results are consistent with the real environment condition.
