斜拉桁架桥的悬臂浇注施工工艺研究

摘要 斜拉桁架桥是近20年来得到较大发展的一种新颖桥型,该桥型具有自重轻、刚度大,受力明确以及材料利用率高的优点。目前,国内修建的斜拉式桁架桥大部分采用悬臂拼装的施工方法,还没有采用过悬臂浇注法施工。文中以宜昌小溪塔大桥为研究对象,介绍了该类桥型采用悬臂浇注的施工工艺及关键技术,并对具体施工方法做了详细探讨。 The cable-stayed truss bridge is a relatively novel structure which has been greatly developed in recent twenty years. The main advantages of the cable-stayed truss bridge are lighter self-weight, stronger rigidity, clearer force-passing approach and higher material utilization. At preesnt, most of the domestic construction of cable-stayed truss bridge used erection by precast cantilever,cast-in-place cantilever method not used in the past. On the basis of the study of Xiaoxita Bridge in Nichang City, the cast-inplace cantilever construction technologies and key technics for this type of bridge are introduced and construetion method are discussed in detail.
