摘要
苏通大桥超高混凝土索塔的施工控制,是全桥控制的关键所在。建立索塔空间有限元模型,对施工过程进行正装分析,其中考虑了混凝土收缩、徐变和几何非线性。根据计算结果,得到各节段的预拱和超长,以此为根据,对相应节段进行放样并定位模板,达到了较高的施工精度。
Construction control to ultra-high concrete tower of Sutong Bridge is the key point of the construction control to whole bridge. A 3-D FEM model of the tower is built, and considering concrete shrinkage and creep effect and geometry non-linearity, the orderly-erecting analysis to the construction proceeding is carried out. According the results of calculation, pre-camber and ultra-length of each segment could be confirmed. Based on these, lofting and orientation of the moulding board to the corresponding segment could be made. Construction accuracy is high enough finally.
