摘要
依靠环氧树脂双组分固化反应进行改性的沥青和沥青混合料具有一些独特性,其粘度的大小不仅与温度有关,而且与时间的变化密切联系,表现出明显的时温性。研究认为,对温度和时间的控制是环氧沥青及其混合料应用的关键措施之一。试验结果表明,当环氧沥青双组分及矿料分别在120℃进行混合时,最适宜的室内成型和工地碾压时间在40-50 min之间。
Depand on epoxy solidification reaction, modified asphalt and its mixture show some special characteristics. Its viscosity relates not only to temperature but to time, which displays remarkable feature of time and temperature. Research considers that the one of the critical measures to controlling expoxy as- phalt and its mixture is temperature and time. Experiment results indicate that the most proper time to forming in lab. or compaction in site is 40-50 min when asphlt modified with epoxy is mixed to aggregates under temperature 120℃.
