摘要
TLA中大约含有35%-37%的灰分,因灰分的密度大于沥青质密度而易产生沉淀,导致TLA改性沥青灰分离析,从而影响TLA改性沥青及其沥青混合料的性能。为此,通过设计室内沉降试验,以40%TLA改性沥青作为试验样品,得到了不同沉降时间的相对灰分含量,分析了灰分的沉降规律,并提出了减少TLA改性沥青灰分沉降离析的措施和建议。
TLA contains about 35% -37% ash. Because the ash density is bigger than the asphalt density, the ash produces settlement easily to result in the ash segregation for TLA modified asphalt. Then the settlement can effect the performances of TLA modified asphalt and its mixture. For this reason, through designing the indoor settlement experiment and applying the samples of 40% TLA modified asphalt, the relative ash contents with different settlement time are obtained, and the ash settlement laws are analyzed. The measures and recommends are suggested to decrease the ash settlement segregation for TLA modified asphalt.
