摘要
采用对氨基苯磺酸-盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法测定薄荷对亚硝酸盐的清除率以及影响薄荷清除亚硝酸盐的因素。结果表明,在65%的乙醇,料液比1:20,60℃水浴,浸提2h,反应30min,提取液用量14mL的条件下,薄荷乙醇提取液对亚硝酸盐清除率最高,达到99.3%,相当于8.0mL 0.2%VC对亚硝酸盐的清除作用。
The scavenging rate of Mentha arvensis to nitrite was measured by spectrophotometry and the effect factor of the scavenging rate of Mentha arvensis to nitrite were studied in this paper.The results showed that the scavenging rate reached the maximum 99.3% under the condition of extracting 2h at 60℃ by 65% ethanol,the ratio of material and solvent 1:20, adding 14mL abstracting solution and reacting 30min, which was equivalent to the scavenging function of 8mL 0.2% Vc.
