摘要
以D-手性肌醇含量为20%的苦荞麸皮提取物为原料,通过优化分离纯化技术,进而提高D-手性肌醇纯度。实验结果表明,粒状活性炭分离提纯效果较好,用高效液相色谱分析该产品中D-手性肌醇含量可达66%。通过红外光谱技术对分离纯化样品与D-手性肌醇标准品的结构进行了对比分析。
In this paper, purification of D-chiro-inositol from buckwheat bran was studied. Experimental results showed that using granular activated carbon, the product purity was up to 66%.The result of IR spectrometry showed the product was D-chiro-inositol.
