摘要
采用响应面法优化超声波提取胡桃楸中胡桃醌的条件。在单因素实验的基础上选取超声波作用时间、液料比、超声波功率和超声温度为影响因子,应用CCD(中心组合)进行4因素5水平的实验设计,以胡桃醌得率作为响应值,进行响应面分析(RSA)。结果表明,超声波提取法提取胡桃楸中胡桃醌的最佳提取条件为:超声时间1.44h,液料比17.7:1,超声波功率335W,超声温度43.8℃。得率预测值为0.0888%,验证值为0.0884%,与预测值的相对误差为0.34%。
Response surface analysis methodology(RSM)was used for optimizing the extraction process of juglone from Juglans mandshurica Maxim.Based on single- factor experiment, four independent variables, namely extracting time, solvent-solid ratio, ultrasound power and extraction temperature ,were selected as affecting factor during extraction.The experiments were arranged according to CCD( central composite design).Response surface analysis method was applied to determine the effect of central composite experiment design.The results showed that the optimum ultrasound extraction conditions for juglone were as follows: extraction time was 1.44h, ratio of liquid to solid was 17.7 : 1, ultrasound power was 335W and extraction temperature was 43.8℃ .The predicted juglone extraction yield was 0.0888% ,while the actual extraction yield was 0.0884% ,with relative error of 0.34%.
