摘要
通过短时间的模拟实验,研究了不同温度、湿度条件及包装材料对茶叶贮藏的影响。茶叶的考察指标为维生素C、茶多酚、色差和感官变化。结果表明,茶叶在环境湿度和冷藏时就可以达到较高的贮藏要求,包装材料选择玻璃瓶为宜。
In this paper, the effects of different conditions of temperature, humidity and packing material on preservation of green tea were studied through short-term simulation test.The test indexes of green tea included the vitamin C, ployphenols,color difference and sensory indexes.The result showed that green tea could meet the storage requirement in ambient humidity and cold storage.The glass bottle was better for its package.
