Application of protein biochip in food safety detection

目的:将蛋白质芯片技术应用于致病菌的检测。方法:讨论了应用于食品致病菌检测的蛋白质芯片技术,比较了检测致病微生物的常用方法及其优缺点。结果:能够制作出满足食品致病菌检测且速度快、准确性高、通量大等特点的蛋白质芯片。结论:蛋白质芯片技术应用于食品致病菌检测有独特的优势,定会在该领域获得广泛的应用。

Objective：Protein biochip technology was used in detecting of pathogenic microbe.Methods：The protein biochip technology was discussed to be used in detecting pathogenic microbe of food.The common methods of detecting food pathogenic microbe and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. Results： We can make out the protein biochip, which can satisfy the developing directions of detecting food pathogenic microbe and had the advantages of less time, higher veracity and more capacity.Conclusion：Protein biochip technology has unique advantages in application of testing food pathogenic microbe and it can be widely used in this area.
