摘要
目的:将蛋白质芯片技术应用于致病菌的检测。方法:讨论了应用于食品致病菌检测的蛋白质芯片技术,比较了检测致病微生物的常用方法及其优缺点。结果:能够制作出满足食品致病菌检测且速度快、准确性高、通量大等特点的蛋白质芯片。结论:蛋白质芯片技术应用于食品致病菌检测有独特的优势,定会在该领域获得广泛的应用。
Objective:Protein biochip technology was used in detecting of pathogenic microbe.Methods:The protein biochip technology was discussed to be used in detecting pathogenic microbe of food.The common methods of detecting food pathogenic microbe and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. Results: We can make out the protein biochip, which can satisfy the developing directions of detecting food pathogenic microbe and had the advantages of less time, higher veracity and more capacity.Conclusion:Protein biochip technology has unique advantages in application of testing food pathogenic microbe and it can be widely used in this area.
