基于GPRS的交警车辆违章管理系统的设计

摘要 针对一线交警巡查车辆违章的过程,设计了由便携式智能终端和业务数据中心构成的交警车辆违章管理系统。便携式智能终端利用GPRS网络与业务中心进行数据交互,可供一线干警实时处理任务,包括业务信息查询、更新、违章缴费等。移动终端采用嵌入式系统,具有良好的软硬件扩展性。该系统具有较高的工程应用价值。 To help the traffic police deal with traffic affair, a wireless traffic violation management system based on GPRS networks was introduced. The system consisted of portable terminal and operation center. ARM controller and GPRS modem composed the portable terminal for police to discharge function on the spot such as update or inquire about the information in real-time. The paper described system network construction, hardware design of the terminal and the key ideas involved in software design. The system is advanced with cabinet, high reliability and easy to expand in software and hardware. The system is a good reference for real use.
