Innovation: A Driving Force for Sustainable Development of Resource-based Regional Economy

在我国经济转轨过程中,各区域之间的经济独立性日益明显,区域经济主体地位日渐突出,客观上要求我国必须进行符合市场经济体制要求的区域经济转型。运用区域经济创新的相关理论研究表明,资源型区域经济的创新能力是区域经济走可持续发展道路、实现区域经济转型的原动力,对此,应制定提高资源型区域经济创新能力的对策。

In the course of China＇s economic transition, the regional economic independence is increasingly clear and regional economic entities status have become increasingly prominent, which requires us objectively to carry out a regional economic transition in line with China＇s market economy demands. The theory studies of reginnal economic innovation have shown that the innovation capability of resource-based regional economy is the driving force of regional economic sustainable development and achieving regional economic transformation. So we should make polices to en- hance the development of resource-based regional economic innovation ability.
