摘要
我国城市基础设施建设资金严重不足,运营效率低下,已经严重阻碍了城市经济的发展。在加快城市基础设施建设的同时,完全依靠政府财政难以满足需求,必须拓宽投融资渠道,BOT模式是最佳选择方式之一。然而,我国城市基础设施建设中还存在诸多问题,城市基础设施建设项目在利用BOT模式的过程中,还需采取一系列措施加以完善。
China＇s urban infrastructure construction has serious shortage of funds and inefficient operation, which has a serious impediment to urban economic development. While speeding up the construction of urban infrastructure, we must broaden the investment and financing channels. BOT model is the one of the best choices. However, China＇s urban infrastructure also has many problems. Urban infrastructure construction projects have to take measures in the process of using BOT model.
