The ideological and political education is a difficult and complex job. Present college students has weak psychological bearing capacity facing some external pressure. There are a lot of reasons for this phenomenon, such as home education, social environment. For colleges and universities, the education and management should be combined with each other. A good educational environment and strict management system are indispensable for the healthy growth and establishing the correct values of college students. Therefore, to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of university students have a wide-ranging and far-reaching significance.
