摘要 活性干酵母对促进有益微生物在瘤胃定居从而加快瘤胃的成熟,稳定瘤胃pH值,与植物细胞壁降解菌相互作用,促进纤维降解具有重要作用。本文综述了活性干酵母对瘤胃微生物群的作用及其对瘤胃氮、氢代谢及甲烷产生的影响。 Active dry yeast products play an important role in improving the rumen maturity by favouring microbial establishment, stabling ruminal pH and interacting with plant-cell wall degrading microorganisms, and increasing fibre degrading.The effects of active dry yeasts on the rumen microflora,nitrogen metabolism,hydrogen metabolism and methane production were reviewed in the article.
