摘要
以3只瘘管山羊作为瘤胃液供体,用体外法研究添加混合皂苷对瘤胃产气和微生物组成的影响。试验一中茶皂素(茶)和丝兰皂苷(丝)混合添加,添加量分别为底物的0(Ⅰ对照组)、茶0.5%+丝0.01%(Ⅱ组)、茶0.4%+丝0.02%(Ⅲ组)、茶0.3%+丝0.03%(Ⅳ组)、茶0.2%+丝0.04%(Ⅴ组),结果表明,第Ⅳ组添加效果最佳,培养24h时原虫数量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),并且双毛虫比例有上升趋势。试验二按精粗比不同(20∶80、40∶60、50∶50、60∶40)设计为A、B、C、D,并设添加皂苷组(茶0.3%+丝0.03%)a、b、c、d4组,结果表明,精粗比为40∶60时效果较好,添加皂苷组的产气量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且细菌蛋白产量呈上升趋势。
Three goats fisted with cannulas were used to investigate the effects of adding mixtures of saponins on rumen microbes and gas production in vitro.In trial 1 mixtures of tea saponins (T) and yucca saponins (Y) were added into five groups at different levels against subetrates:0 ( Ⅰ ,the control group),0.5 % T +0.01% Y (group Ⅱ ),0.4 % T+ 0.02 % Y (group Ⅲ) ,0.3 % T+03 % Y (group Ⅳ ) ,0.2 % T+0.04 % Y (group Ⅴ ).The results indicated that:the test group IV showed optimal effect,protozoa number of 24 h was significantly smaller than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01) ,and diplodinium had an ascending trend.In trial 2 the different dietary ratio concentrate to crude was designed as follows:the control group CA 20:80,B 40:60,C 50:50,D 60:40),and the test group (a,b,c,d)added tea saponins 0.3 % and yucca saponins 0.03 % respectively.The results showed that the group whose concentrate to crude ratio was 40:60 had better effect,gas production of the test groups added saponins were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ),and the bacteria protein had an increasing trend.
