摘要
目的:探讨人卵巢癌标本中,肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23-H1编码蛋白NDPK-A表达的临床意义及其与预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学抗生蛋白链菌素-过氧化酶结合(S-P)法,检测58例人卵巢癌标本中nm23-H1蛋白水平。结果:nm23-H1蛋白的表达与患者手术时是否有淋巴结及大网膜转移相关(P<0.05),但原发灶与转移灶间的阳性表达率相差不显著;与患者术后生存时间密切相关(P<0.01),术后生存时间超过两年者,其阳性表达率明显高于不足两年者。结论:nm23-H1基因产物在人卵巢癌的扩散和转移过程中确实发挥抑制作用,它在卵巢癌组织中的表达。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of the expression of tumor metastasis suppressor gene nm23H1 protein(NDPKA) in human ovarian carcinomas, and its relation to the prognosis. Methods: The expression of nm23H1 protein was detected in fiftyeight cases of human ovarian carcinomas by means of immunohistochemical technique streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method. Results: There was an inverse relationship between nm23H1 protein level and metastasis foci both in lymph nodes and the great omentum (P<0.05). No significant difference of nm23H1 protein positive rate was observed between primary and metastatic foci . The expression of nm23H1 protein was closely related to the postoperation survival time (P<0.01). Higher positive rate was found in patients who survived more than two years after operation. Conclusion:nm23H1 gene product plays an important role in suppressing metastasis of ovarian cancer. The expression of nm23H1 protein in ovarian cancer tissues may serve as one of assessable factors for prognosis in patients with ovarian carcinoma.
