摘要
基于传播媒质环境地-电离层参数的统计预测,对VLF电波的传播效应进行预测,为系统在运行中调整其可变参数或在特定参数条件下避开传播衰减与扰动,提供传播环境服务,使系统工作性能与信道特性达到良好匹配,从而提高水下通信效能。
This paper predictes the propagation effect of vlf radio based the statistics prediction of earth-ionosphere parameters, offers the service of propagation environment for the system to adjust the variable parameters or abstain from propagation attenuation,makes the system performance matching the channel character and advancing the effects of underwater communlcation.
