摘要
该文概述了2006年714暴雨的成因,简述了银川市城市内涝的情况,分析了造成内涝的几大因素,根据银川市历史内涝资料较少的特点综合分析,确定选用径流系数法进行内涝深度的预报,详细叙述了径流系数和内涝面积的确定方法,最后得出根据预报术语计算出的城市内涝区内涝等级,并通过2007年6月17日的降水量对结果进行了验证。
This paper sums up the cause of rainstorm occurred in July 14,2006,briefly describes the situation of the urban waterlogging in Yinchuan,and analyzes several factors causing the waterlogging. The article comprehensively analyzes a little historical data of waterlogging in Yinchuan,determines to select the runoff coefficient method to forecast the waterlogging depth,describes in detail the method to determine the runoff coefficient and the waterlogging area,and at last gives the waterlogging degree in the urban waterlogging area calculated on the forecast terms,and proofs the result by rainfall occurred in June 17,2007.
