摘要 本文针对矿井提升机液压制动系统设计了一种基于PLC的PWM控制技术的新型全数字式恒减速制动控制器。通过建立其关键设备电液比例阀的PWM控制的数学模型,分析了数字控制器中各控制参数的关系,并在此基础上进行了数字控制器的硬件和软件设计,软件设计中采用了数字PID算法并给出了部分主要的PLC程序。通过在阜新某矿井提升机改造中应用,系统制动平滑,抗干扰能力强,符合设计要求,有较好的应用推广价值。 For hydraulic braking system of mine elevator, an new digital controller is designed with PLC, and the controller is based on PWM technology. The mathematical model based on PWM is built for electro-hydraulic proportional valve, which is the key device. The model shows the relations of all control parameters. Hardware and software design is described in detail,the digital PID algorithm is illuminated,and the'main part of the PLC program is given in software design. The controller has been applied in one mine elevator in Fuxin. It has been proved that the system has advantages of smooth braking and low interference, fits design target, and has very good value in applying.
