摘要
针对电力企业信息化电能数据自动采集与还原存在的问题,描述了大多数电力自动化系统采用的CDT规约的帧结构、同步字、控制字、信息字等的组成;研究了前置系统通讯基本模型以及通过MSComm控件对串口中数据进行采集的方法和步骤;设计了将电能脉冲数值方式的二进制数据还原成十进制数值的算法。
For the problems of electric power enterprise information data collection and recovery, describing the majority of the electric power enterprises automatic system which used the Statute of the frame structure, the synchronized word, control word, and the word information of CDT; Study the Basic model of the Front Communications System and method of using the MSComm control model to collect data in serial port; Designed a algorithm which can translate the binary of the value of Electronics pulse count to the decimal.
