摘要
根据电站锅炉管道漏磁检测装备DSP数据采集系统的软、硬件结构,重点分析了在LabVIEW平台上,通过调用Windows的API函数进行底层操作,实现LabVIEW与USB驱动程序的数据通信,提高了整个设备的数据传输速度和可操作性。试验研究表明,在基于LabVIEW平台的上位机上,能够较便捷地实现对数据的采集、处理、存储、回放分析和缺陷量化解释等功能。
According to the hardware and software structure of data acquisition system based on DSP for the boiler tube magnetic flux leakage testing equipment in power plant, the bottom operation method of Windows API calling in the LabVIEW are mainly discussed. And the data communication between LabVIEW and USB driver is realized, which increases the data transmitting speed and maneuverability of the entire equipment. The inspection experiment demonstrate that such functions as the data acquisition, process- ing, storage, playback, analysis and quantitative interpretation can be realized conveniently by the host computer based on LabVIEW.
