A Coding Method of Low Energy Consumption in Wireless Visual Sensor Networks

摘要 本文针对无线视频传感器网络能源受限的特点,将小波变换级数、消隐编码、压缩码率三者相结合,提出了一种低功耗的图像编码参数表查询方法,旨在达到指定图像质量的前提下最大限度地节约节点的能耗,延长整个网络的使用寿命。仿真实验结果表明提出的方法能有效减少节点功耗,在低码率的图像传输中其节能效果尤为显著。 In response to the features of the limited energy in wireless visual sensor networks, a parameter list query method of low energy consumption is proposed for combining wavelet tansforming class, bit rate and eliminable image coding, aiming to save the energy of the sensor nodes under the specified image quality to prolong the lifetime of the whole network. The experiments and analysis show that the algorithm has a good effect on energy conservation, especially in the image transmission at low bit rate.
