摘要 本文利用PVDF(聚偏二氟乙烯)薄膜的压电效应和其独特物理性质,设计了一种高精度、高分辨率、高速响应的具有纹理触觉感知作用的传感器;然后,模拟人体感知纹理触觉信息的过程,制作了基于伺服电机的纹理触觉信息检测平台,可以实现对纹理压电信号的采集与调理;最后,对6种典型的纹理样本进行信号采集,通过试验数据证明了该系统的有效性。 Taking the physical characteristics and the piezoelectric effect of PVDF membrane into account, we use PVDF membrane as high definition, high resolution and high speed sensor to detect the texture information of the surface, and then simulating the tac- tile feeling's emergent process design the tactile detect system based on servo motor. At last, six typical samples are detected by this system, and the experimental data approves its validity.
