摘要
制造商管理销售商的库存,能使其及时获得准确、真实的市场需求及其发展趋势,有利于制造商实施柔性化生产。论文结合一个应用实例,根据销售商订单的到达分布和需求速率的分布函数,为销售商生成了一个前置需求量,然后通过为销售商补货的流程仿真分析,借助于Arena软件实现了在满足缺货概率小于1%,缺货成本、库存成本和运输成本最小的条件下的最优订货点的求解。利用计算机仿真技术求解,比纯数学计算方法运算简便,得出的结果更加符合实际。
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) can acquire an accurate and real market demand and its tendency, benefit manufacturers to implement flexible production. This paper, coupled with a practical case,produces a lead-time demand quantity for the distributor's orders on the basis of the distribution function of arrival distribution and demand velocity . Moreover, it provides a solution for the optimal order point satisfying the out-of-stock probability of 1 % at minimum outof-stock cost,inventory cost and transport cost by means of software Arena. Solutions with the aid of computer simulation are more convenient and more practical than that with pure mathematics.
