Foundry Quality Improvement for Aluminum Alloy Cylinder Block and Head of KV6 Engine

摘要 介绍了新引进的KV6汽车发动机铝合金缸体缸盖的铸造工艺特点和浇铸系统,针对试生产过程中发现的质量缺陷,利用质量控制工具对产品质量数据进行分析,通过排列图等方法快速地找出了影响产品质量的重点质量缺陷及这些缺陷易发生的部位,并提出了相应的解决方案,最后通过与采取了改进措施的生产数据的对比,表明本文采取的质量控制方法和措施可以有效地提高铸造产品质量. The casting characteristics and method of KV6 engine cylinder block and head was introduced. The key defect and its position was sought out through analyzing the production quality data with quality tools. The corresponding measures were applied to these defect problems. After applied those measures, the production quality was improved by a large margin, which shows the adopted method and measure are effective practically.
