摘要
目的:比较分析穿山龙地上部分和根茎总皂苷抗炎活性,为穿山龙地上部分的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、小鼠棉球肉芽肿法和小鼠腹腔液渗出法对同时、同地采收的穿山龙地上部分和根茎水提取物的抗炎作用进行比较研究。结果:穿山龙地上部分总皂苷(to-tal saponins of aerial part of Dioscorea nipponica Makino,TSAPDN)可明显减轻小鼠耳肿胀,降低肉芽肿的重量,减少小鼠腹腔液的渗出,与空白对照组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05-0.001);与根茎总皂苷(total saponins of the radicular of Dioscorea nipponica Makino,TSRDN)比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:TSAPDN有显著的抗炎作用,其抗炎活性与根茎相近。
Objective: Total saponins of the radicular of dioscorea nipponica makino ( TSRDN) was acted as contrast to observe the anti - inflammatory effect and provide the foundation for reasonable utilization of the aerial part of dioscorea nipponica makino ( TSAPDN ). Method: The anti - inflammatory effect was evaluated by ear edema, granuloma induced by cotton ball and celiac capillary vessel permeability was induced by acetic acid in mice. Result: TSAPDN can significantly inhibit the ear edema formation, the growth of granuloma tissue and acetic acid - induced increase in capillary permeability in mice when compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05- 0. 001 ). Conclusion: TSAPDN produced similar anti - inflammatory activities when compared with TSRDN.
