钻孔引流治疗硬膜外血肿86例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 86 Patients wih Trephination and Drainage for Treatment of Acute Epidural Hematoma

目的:探讨钻孔引流治疗硬膜外血肿的方法及效果。方法:对我院采用钻孔引流手术治疗急性硬膜外血肿86例的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果:85例引流治疗成功,1例钻孔引流后血肿扩大,改行骨瓣开颅血肿清除术后治愈。结论:此手术方法具有侵袭性小,操作简单,经济且疗效好等优点,值得基层医院推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the therapy method and cute epidural hematoma. Method. Retrospective analysis on the and drainage effect with trephination and drainage for aclinic datas of 86 cases with trephination treatment for acute epidural hematoma in our hospital were reviewed. Result： In 85 cases of the epidural hematomas were totally cleared. And in 1 case, the hematoma became larger in the first day postoperatively. After the craniotomy and evacuation of hematoma, he was cured. Conclusion ：This method possess many advantages, such as micro -invasion, easy operation, little expense, perfect efficacy.
