摘要
目的探讨nm23基因与膀胱移行细胞癌转移之间的关系。方法应用Northern blot技术分析12例膀胱移行细胞癌和6例膀胱粘膜nm23-H1和nm23-H2的基因表达。结果膀胱癌标本nm23-H1mRNA表达水平较膀胱粘膜显著升高,有盆腔淋巴结转移膀胱癌标本的nm23-H1 mRNA表达显著高于无转移组(P<0.05),而nm23-H2 mRNA在各组间的表达无显著性差异。结论 nm23基因在膀胱移行细胞癌的转移调节中起重要作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23 gene and metastasis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (TCC). Methods mRNA expression of nm23-H1 and nm23-H2 gene was investigated in 12 cases of human bladder tumor and 6 cases of human normal bladdr tissue by using Northern blot techniques. Results mRNA expression level of nm23-H1 was markedly higher in bladder TCC than that in normal bladder tissue. The expression level of nm23H1 in the samples of bladder TCC with metastasis to pelvic lymph nodes was significantly higher than that in those without metastasis (P<0.05). However,no significant difference in mRNA expression level of nm23-H2 was found among the groups. Conclusion nm23 gene plays an important role in regulating metastasis of TCC of bladder.
