摘要
《生活饮用水卫生标准》GB 5749—2006中对微生物指示菌检测的要求是:当水样检出总大肠菌群时,应进一步检验大肠埃希氏菌。文中分别使用传统的多管发酵法和国标中最新推荐的固定底物(DST)酶底物在检测总大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌两个指标时对所需的成本进行分析。结果表明使用固定底物酶底物法的科立得☆试剂在检测这两项指标时不但节省时间和劳动力更能节省检测上的成本。是一项值得作为日常检测微生物指标的方法。
New Chinese 《Standard Method for Drinking Water》GB 5749-2006 required that when Total Colilform shows positive, E-Coli must be tested farther. In this article use Defined Substrate Technology (DST) enzyme substrate technique--科立得, and muhiple-tube fermentation technique to test Total Coliform and E-coil in water. And compare the testing cost with these two methods. The result shows that use 科立得 not only can save time and work force, but also can save the cost in testing per sample. So recommend to use DST enzyme substrate technique to test microbe as routine method.
