强化水量损失管理 促进可持续发展——探讨中国供水行业水量损失管理的需求与前景

针对中国供水行业漏失控制的现状，结合国际水量损失管理的成功经验，从水量损失的分析与评定方法、降低水量损失的管理对策和控制漏失的技术手段入手，提出了水量损失管理的推荐程序和推进我国水量损失治理的建议。

The thesis discussed the situation of the water loss in China＇s water industry in the aspects of water loss assessment methods, management strategies for water loss, technological methods for leakage control, and supervision of leakage control and so on. Simultaneously, it raised a recommend water loss management process and made suggestions on China water loss control.
