摘要
目的:探讨苯对小鼠骨髓细胞DNA基因的毒性作用。方法:采用静式吸入染毒30d,用免疫组化方法测定小鼠骨髓细胞p53阳性率,并作u检验。结果:染毒30d后无一小鼠死亡,白细胞计数也在正常范围内,而p53表达则是最高浓度组高于对照组和其它染毒组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:苯吸入对小鼠的骨髓细胞DNA有一定的影响,可能是引起白血病的原因之一。
Objective:To study the toxicity of benzene inhalation on DNA of bone marrow cells in mice.Methods:After static inhalation of benzene for 30 days,bone marrow cells were tested for p53 by using immunohistochemical technic,and u test is calculated for comparison with the control group.Results:All experimental mice all survived,their white cells counts were within normal range.p53 expression of the highest concentration inhaling group(3.96 mg/L) was higher than that of the control and the other experimental groups(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusions:Inhalation of benzene effects DNA of bone marrow cells.This may be one of causes of leukemia.
