摘要
对保阜高速公路LJ-7标段项目的生产现场管理进行了剖析,阐述了5S管理实施的步骤和方法,并设计了通过推行5S管理达到强化基础管理的方法。实践证明,取得了良好的成效。
The analysis firstly concentrates on the management of production worksites in the project of LJ-7 stage in Baofu highways. And then an explanation is given to the steps and methods of 55 management execution, followed by the design of methods in strengthening the basic management through the promotion of 5S management. Therefore, it is proved from practice that good results have been obtained.
